 In 1999, Polar LightsŪ brought you Robby the Robot, the famous robot from the cult classic movie “Forbidden Planet™.” Now, we're bringing you a special, limited edition Chrome Plated Robby the Robot for your model kit collection. This authentic reproduction of the robot is exactly like our original kit, except with chrome metalized parts. In addition, the Chrome Plated Robby the Robot is a limited edition production run…only 5,000 of these special kits have been produced! The kit comes with approximately 44 parts and is designed for skill level 2 modelers. The Chrome Robby the Robot comes in a special see-through packaging.
